A second get-together of this group has been organised for 18 May The Old Vic in victoria road, start from 6.00pm.
'The Quaker Ale, specially brewed for the group, by Mithril Ales went down really well and there are another 3 pumps installed taking it up to 5 cask ales for all you real ale fans. We had a great night at the 1st meeting and everyone was so pleased with the number of people who turned up even if there were only 16 (18 if you include Barbra Barker's two lovely dogs). Not a huge turnout when it works out at about 0.37% of the total group, but those that did turn up made it all worthwhile. Lets see if we can grow an oak tree from our little acorn lol.'
