Mithril Ales doesn't want to get all political here - but (and I'm not promoting The Independent). But, there does seem to be some valid arguments about putting the clocks forward (double summertime) and therefore having lighter afternoons during the winter months - in terms of increased tourism, safer roads etc - why not read the article yourself and see what you think?
