MAD HATTER
MAD HATTER WAS BREWED TO CELEBRATE MAD HATTER DAY, WHICH WAS THE 6TH OCTOBER 2013.
IN MY YOOF, I USED TO BE PARTIAL TO A 'TIT FOR TAT' AND HAD SEVERAL VICTORIAN STYLE TITFERS. UNFORTUNATELY, I CONSUMED TOO MUCH CHEAP LAGER IN A NIGHTCLUB ONE NIGHT, FELL ASLEEP AND THEN WOKE TO FIND SOMEONE HAD PINCHED THE HAT FROM OFF MY HEAD.
IT WAS MY FAVOURITE HAT, I STILL MOURN THE LOSS TO THIS DAY. A MORAL AND SALUTORY TALE ABOUT THE DANGERS OF CHEAP LAGER IF EVER THERE WAS ONEI
MAD HATTER WAS AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING FINE ALE HOUSES:
THE OLD WELL, BARNARD CASTLE
THE HALF MOON, DARLINGTON
THE SHIP, MIDDLESTONE VILLAGE
THE FOUR ALLS, OVINGTON
NORTHALLERTON BEER FESTIVAL
GAINFORD VILLAGE HALL 'DO'
PRINCE OF WALES, FOXFIELD
THE QUAKER, DARLINGTON
THE STANWICK, ALDBROUGH ST JOHN
CROFT HOTEL, CROFT ON TEES
THE WHEATSHEAF, BORROWBY
ENJOYED!
